Welcome to ArtSphere! By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Orders: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product unavailability.
- Payments: We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards and Klarna. All prices are in USD.
- Shipping: We ship worldwide from Miami, Florida. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and up to 14 business days for delivery depending on your location.
- Returns and Refunds: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the artwork is returned in its original condition. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Liability: ArtSphere is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of our products or website beyond the value of the purchased items.
- Gift Cards: Please note that gift cards cannot be purchased using Klarna as a payment method.
Custom Products Fulfillment:
Our custom art pieces and original printed photographs are crafted with care. Please allow up to 14 business days for fulfillment before shipping. You will receive a notification once your order is ready and shipped.
